Elevate Gym @ Property Reserve

Salt Lake City, Utah

Property Reserve is a real estate investment and property management company in Salt Lake City, Utah. They have a luxury, private gymnasium for all their employees and anyone who works in a building in their portfolio. They reached out for a mural on a large wall in their basketball court. The brief called for high-end, energetic, urban, dynamic, and matching their corporate brand identity.

Our design combines classic Utah iconography like the Wasatch ridgeline, the sego lily, buildings from the PR portfolio, with textural elements pulled from the sporting world to create a dynamic, abstracted composition. 

Basketball court lines & ball texture create depth when layered on top of more rendered elements such as the mountain ridge and PR buildings. Using both sharp, geometric lines as well as sketchy, organic ones to illustrate the elements  help create tension and energy within the piece. Other elements utilized are  reminiscent of workout equipment & exercise app information outputs that emphasize the gym atmosphere.
